Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute expertise in accounting and operations within a dynamic professional environment, ensuring seamless financial processes and organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage financial reporting, compliance, and operational workflows effectively.
  • Support the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations, maintaining precise financial documentation.
  • Assist in HR functions, including onboarding, personnel record maintenance, and recruitment coordination.
  • Coordinate office operations, vendor management, and logistics for meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and financial regulations, supporting internal audits and reviews.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment, fostering productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax documentation for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Track intercompany transactions, capital contributions, and perform detailed account reconciliations.
  • Conduct internal audits, reviewing financial processes and documentation standards for improvement.
  • Monitor cash flows, support treasury operations, and maintain general ledger documentation.
  • Manage IT systems, user access, and collaborate with external providers for system functionality.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, personnel record maintenance, and recruitment coordination.
  • Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and logistics for meetings and events.
  • Maintain compliance calendars and operational task tracking for the office.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting within a multi-entity environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, BILL, and Excel essential.
  • Experience with IT systems administration and vendor coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and support executive leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with a solutions-oriented approach.
