Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax documentation for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track intercompany transactions, capital contributions, and perform detailed account reconciliations.
- Conduct internal audits, reviewing financial processes and documentation standards for improvement.
- Monitor cash flows, support treasury operations, and maintain general ledger documentation.
- Manage IT systems, user access, and collaborate with external providers for system functionality.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, personnel record maintenance, and recruitment coordination.
- Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and logistics for meetings and events.
- Maintain compliance calendars and operational task tracking for the office.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field required.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting within a multi-entity environment preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, BILL, and Excel essential.
- Experience with IT systems administration and vendor coordination is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail required.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and support executive leadership.
