Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and evaluate purchase orders, sales confirmations, and contracts using SAP systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Negotiate terms with customers and suppliers, ensuring favorable agreements and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Process payments to suppliers and vendors promptly, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, minimizing delays and optimizing financial performance.
  • Oversee inventory levels in warehouses, ensuring optimal stock management and efficiency.
  • Coordinate freight rates and transportation methods to achieve cost-effective delivery solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely adjustments.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics or trading sectors.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems for managing contracts and payment processes.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills for creating detailed spreadsheets and reports.
  • Ability to work on-site with occasional remote flexibility as needed.
  • Experience in import/export, textiles, shipping, logistics, or trading industries preferred.
