Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process and manage purchase orders, sales confirmations, and contracts using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Negotiate terms with customers and suppliers to finalize agreements and contracts effectively.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation for customs, brokers, and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses to maintain optimal stock balance.
  • Negotiate freight rates with logistics providers to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze transportation methods to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Prepare detailed reports and spreadsheets for invoice control and shipment tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and customs regulations.
  • Provide informal mentorship and support to team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel for efficient data management and operational tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in import/export, logistics, or trading is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site with occasional flexibility for remote work.
  • Capable of managing complex administrative tasks and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
