Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Preferred 15 years of experience for senior-level expertise and leadership.
• Proficiency in IDIQ, hard bid, and JOC methodologies is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage diverse projects effectively.
