Job Description

Overview

  • Manage private equity transaction workflows, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deal processes and documentation standards.
  • Provide operational support and guidance on policy application and process improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance transaction management efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable business infrastructure plans and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain comprehensive documentation processes.
  • Support international teams to achieve successful deal execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead transaction closings, coordinating with legal, tax, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage deal timelines, corporate actions, and document reviews with precision and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external parties, handling compliance and due diligence processes effectively.
  • Facilitate transaction documentation reviews and address issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency across teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy application and operational queries to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement business infrastructure and process improvements effectively.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Transaction Management Team to support organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
  • 5-7 years of experience in private equity documentation and transaction management is essential.
  • Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in documentation practices, financial risk management, and regulatory compliance is required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are vital for success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment is necessary.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and data analytics in investment management is advantageous.
