Job Description

Overview

  • Drive the successful execution of diverse construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage projects across commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects across diverse sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation techniques.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
