Overview

• Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate communication among team members to promote efficiency and collaboration.
• Address delays or issues promptly to maintain project timelines and objectives.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent education in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up and interior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
