Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct pediatric well visits and sick visits efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Provide patient education and guidance tailored to pediatric needs.
• Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as part of the team schedule.
• Utilize in-office lab facilities for diagnostic testing and analysis.
• Engage in on-call coverage to support patient care continuity.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and standards for pediatric healthcare.

Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; 5 years preferred.
• Strong expertise in pediatric healthcare and clinical practices.
• Ability to manage a full patient schedule efficiently.
• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and lab facilities.
• Effective communication skills for patient and team interactions.
• Commitment to weekend and holiday shifts as required.
