Overview

  • Lead and manage industrial construction projects for a prominent general contractor in the Midwest.
  • Coordinate resources across subsidiaries to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Oversee large-scale heavy industrial, manufacturing, and energy projects across multiple states.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams for optimal performance.
  • Utilize advanced project management methodologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for industrial construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in construction.
