Overview
- Serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing full-cycle recruitment for healthcare, clinic, and teaching roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and ensure staffing needs are met effectively.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify top-quality candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment outreach activities to enhance visibility and applicant pools.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and governmental requirements during recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in applicant tracking and HR systems.
- Provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Work primarily remotely, with occasional onsite participation in planned job fairs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to address recruitment needs.
- Source, evaluate, and interview candidates using cost-effective and timely methods.
- Coordinate and follow up on interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth processes.
- Extend and negotiate employment offers, consulting with senior management when necessary.
- Represent the organization at recruitment venues, enhancing visibility and applicant pools.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR processes.
- Assist with training managers and staff in talent acquisition and workforce integration.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout the recruitment and onboarding phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with internship recruiting exposure.
- Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment roles.
- Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems and HR processes.
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent candidate and manager experiences.
- Willingness to travel within New York for job fairs and recruitment events.
