Overview
- Provide exceptional nursing care as part of a dedicated healthcare team in a permanent, full-time role.
- Support healthcare providers in addressing patients' needs and delivering quality care.

- Work on-site in a structured schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Room patients and assist healthcare providers during procedures and examinations.
- Collect and document patient history, vital signs, and relevant information promptly.
- Educate patients on healthcare topics and treatment plans.
- Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of reusable supplies and equipment.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and immunizations in exam rooms.
- Report any issues affecting quality care delivery to the supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Nurse Manager or supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Creole and experience in primary care or FQHC settings preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with physicians, patients, and healthcare staff.
- Team-oriented, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
