Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the administration and optimization of enterprise content management systems to ensure secure and efficient document management.
  • Develop strategies for compliance and information governance, enhancing user experience across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise content management.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the ECM team, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Support technical aspects of ECM systems, including iManage DMS, MS Teams Workspaces, and MS SharePoint.
  • Offer developer support for MS SharePoint and manage complex requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer and optimize enterprise content platforms for secure and compliant document management.
  • Enforce document lifecycle management and data security in line with governance policies.
  • Train users on best practices and effective use of content management systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between platform vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to adapt to technological changes.
  • Lead the ECM team, ensuring efficient delivery and support of technologies.
  • Provide technical support for ECM systems, including iManage DMS, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Support development and customization of MS SharePoint for complex requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Enterprise Systems leadership roles required.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading and managing teams required.
  • Experience with legal document management systems, preferably iManage, is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams Workspaces and MS SharePoint platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and information governance best practices required.
  • Legal industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
