Overview
- Serve as the CEO’s trusted partner, providing tactical support and strategic advisory across organizational priorities.
- Ensure the CEO’s office operates efficiently, advancing objectives within a large-scale healthcare enterprise.
- Drive executive alignment and strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and success.
- Manage CEO’s schedule, communications, and logistics to optimize productivity and focus.
- Facilitate effective board relations and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination and communication within the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of key activities.
- Coordinate executive communications and prepare briefing materials for meetings and events.
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects to advance organizational priorities.
- Facilitate board relations, including preparation and communication of key updates.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives.
- Monitor organizational performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency within the CEO’s office.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior-level role, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage executive schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives effectively.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic alignment and organizational growth.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry operations and challenges is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site and travel as needed to support organizational priorities.
