Overview

  • Serve as the CEO’s trusted partner, providing tactical support and strategic advisory across organizational priorities.
  • Ensure the CEO’s office operates efficiently, advancing objectives within a large-scale healthcare enterprise.
  • Drive executive alignment and strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and success.
  • Manage CEO’s schedule, communications, and logistics to optimize productivity and focus.
  • Facilitate effective board relations and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and communication within the organization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of key activities.
  • Coordinate executive communications and prepare briefing materials for meetings and events.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and projects to advance organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate board relations, including preparation and communication of key updates.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives.
  • Monitor organizational performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency within the CEO’s office.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and events as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior-level role, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage executive schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic alignment and organizational growth.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry operations and challenges is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as needed to support organizational priorities.
