Overview

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for business services roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and establish effective interview processes.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing tools and strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and manage scheduling for subsequent interview stages.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) for seamless operations.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience through innovative recruitment initiatives.
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to expand outreach and strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage recruitment processes for business services roles, ensuring timely and effective candidate placement.
  • Develop comprehensive job descriptions and qualifications in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using job boards, databases, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial applicant screenings and facilitate interview coordination with hiring teams.
  • Provide informed recommendations for candidate selection based on qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain detailed recruitment activity reports and communicate updates to HR leadership.
  • Benchmark and propose competitive salary offers aligned with market trends and internal equity.
  • Contribute to initiatives enhancing recruitment efficiency and employer branding.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.
  • Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or PHR/SPHR certifications are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
