Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Assist with obtaining EINs and managing IRS submissions for compliance.
- Maintain and organize corporate records and documentation meticulously.
- Support real estate transactions with necessary legal filings and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory housing and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline legal processes and compliance tracking.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of corporate paralegal experience in law firms or in-house legal departments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex entity structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Registered Paralegal (RP) certification.
- Experience with corporate governance and entity management.
