Overview

  • Serve as a Sales Engineer specializing in pharmacy management solutions, providing technical expertise and product demonstrations to prospective and current customers.
  • Work remotely with occasional travel for trade shows or client meetings, ensuring effective communication and presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor demonstrations to address challenges and objectives.
  • Develop expertise in SaaS and on-premises pharmacy management solutions, staying updated on product enhancements.
  • Assist in proof of concept projects to showcase product value and benefits to customers.
  • Contribute to product improvement by providing feedback from customer interactions and market insights.
  • Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions to support the sales process and team development.
  • Work within standard business hours, ensuring availability for customer support and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, with a focus on technical or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering or pharmacy-related roles; 3 years preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in SaaS and on-premises software solutions, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or client meetings.
