Job Description

Overview

  • Lead performance management, learning & development, benefits administration, and people data strategy within the Culture & People department.
  • Design and execute HR programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while managing HR processes and documentation.
  • Develop tools and training for effective performance conversations and development planning.
  • Partner with leaders to assess capability gaps and customize learning solutions.
  • Model ownership, accountability, and a forward-thinking mindset within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and reviews.
  • Lead the design and execution of learning and development strategies aligned with organizational needs.
  • Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with employee needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on HR metrics and workforce trends.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, partnering with legal and finance teams.
  • Proactively monitor changes in employment law and recommend updates to policies.
  • Lead HR projects independently, managing timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate HR programs and operations, recommending improvements.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including performance management, L&D, benefits, and compliance.
  • Proven experience leading complex HR programs with autonomy and judgment.
  • Strong background in people analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of employment compliance and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytically strong.
