Job Description

Overview

  • Support the management company, general partner, and consulting group with accounting and financial operations.
  • Collaborate directly with the assistant controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Gain exposure to compliance, legal, and investor relations aspects of the firm.

  • Contribute to the financial management of a firm with significant assets under management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for the management company and general partner.
  • Assist in compliance and legal documentation related to financial operations.
  • Support investor relations activities and ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the assistant controller to streamline accounting processes.
  • Manage financial data for portfolio companies and assist in fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements
