Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for the management company and general partner.
• Assist in compliance and legal documentation related to financial operations.
• Support investor relations activities and ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the assistant controller to streamline accounting processes.
• Manage financial data for portfolio companies and assist in fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, administration, or private equity.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
