Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop architectural designs and documentation for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative solutions for renovation and new construction projects.
  • Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine project deliverables.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is preferred.
  • Experience with retail architectural projects is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for project-related needs.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Registration or ability to become registered as an architect is preferred.
