Job Description

Overview

  • Manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.
  • Oversee ground-up construction processes for multifamily residential buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
