Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the investment team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with 6 years preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting teams in a front-office environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in research and analysis techniques relevant to financial services.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
