Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
