Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead schematic design and project delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and other professionals to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and documentation using advanced architectural software.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and licensure requirements throughout all project phases.
• Engage in problem-solving to address complex architectural challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Contribute to team discussions and collaborative efforts to elevate project quality and innovation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; Master’s Degree preferred for advanced expertise.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure through ARE testing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for construction documentation and design detailing.
• Strong technical skills in architectural detailing and project execution.
• Experience with industrial and ground-up projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and leadership.
