Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Install, configure, and test enterprise security systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
• Lead project installations, maintaining quality standards and adhering to industry regulations.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues and offering proactive support.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in security systems are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in installing and servicing commercial access control and IP-based video systems.
• Preferred 7 years' experience in security systems installation and management.
• Strong knowledge of internet and networking systems essential for system support.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record required.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage customer interactions and project timelines.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, IP cameras, intrusion detection, and video analytics systems preferred.
