Superintendent / Project Manager

Overview

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline project execution and resolve challenges effectively.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Monitor resource allocation, addressing issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, contractual requirements, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to support project needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address emerging issues effectively.

• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety standards throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; certifications in construction management are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage dynamic project environments.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to evolving project demands and challenges.
