Job Description

Overview

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline project execution and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Monitor resource allocation, addressing issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, contractual requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Contribute to organizational growth through continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage dynamic project environments.
