Overview

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives across the Southeast U.S., targeting wire houses, RIAs, and family offices to drive growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and asset retention.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Deliver expert insights on complex investment strategies and market trends to diverse audiences.
  • Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with domestic travel to meet clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative products tailored to client portfolio needs.
  • Engage with financial advisors, product specialists, and individual investors to promote investment strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain clients in the Southeast U.S. region.
  • Communicate the firm's investment strategies, fund performance, and market outlook with clarity and precision.
  • Identify client needs and collaborate on tailored product offerings to meet their objectives.
  • Partner with senior team members to enhance marketing and product development strategies.
  • Travel within the region to build relationships and secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain required certifications.
  • Work independently while fostering collaboration with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private wealth alternatives, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven success in developing pipelines, raising assets, and fostering client relationships.
  • Ability to articulate complex investment strategies to financial advisors and investors.
  • Series 3 certification and proficiency in NFA swaps are required; exams may be completed post-hire.
  • Strong understanding of macro strategies and financial markets.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and work in a hybrid environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
