Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise clinicians and manage patient care unit workflows to optimize efficiency and care delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California mandatory.
- Certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS required; CEN, CPEN, and TNCC preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in emergency department settings.
- Proficiency in clinical standards, care delivery systems, and regulatory compliance essential.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and HR management skills required.
- Experience in trauma or pediatric emergency care highly desirable.
- Knowledge of business software, clinical applications, and data management systems preferred.
