Overview
- Lead estimating and project management efforts for commercial construction projects ranging from $500k to $15M.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality construction solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

- Utilize industry-standard software tools, including Procore and BuildingConnected, to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed bids and scopes of work for diverse commercial construction projects.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and estimation for all construction divisions, including civil and site work.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to client specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality services.
- Utilize Procore for project management and BuildingConnected for bid invitations and plan uploads.
- Engage in conceptual estimating to support project planning and feasibility assessments.
- Support team collaboration and foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary bid forms and their integration into project workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management.
- Proficiency in Procore and BuildingConnected software for project and bid management.
- Strong understanding of all construction divisions, including ground-up civil and site work.
- Excellent negotiation skills for engaging with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ability to balance estimating and project management tasks effectively.
