Overview
- Lead business development efforts for a healthcare organization, focusing on Hospice and Palliative Care services expansion.
- Manage a team of professionals including Account Managers, Healthcare Providers, and Liaisons.

- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and oversee execution of organizational plans.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies for service expansion.

- Oversee referral and admission processes for Hospice and Palliative Care programs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare, with 10 years preferred.
- Experience in Medical-Surgical, Community Health, Hospice, or Oncology nursing preferred.
- Proven business development and market expansion experience within a healthcare setting.
- Progressive management experience with increasing responsibilities desirable.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide team performance.
- Ability to travel and operate across multiple locations as required.
