Overview

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance medical staff and provider engagement within a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to strengthen physician alliances and community partnerships.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align outreach objectives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage relationships and track progress effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and physician recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance service delivery.
  • Support organizational growth by identifying new business opportunities and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strategically plan and lead outreach efforts to foster physician alliances and improve relationships.
  • Develop synergistic partnerships with providers, community groups, and healthcare associations.
  • Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Conduct research on physicians to determine potential for hospital utilization and growth.
  • Implement innovative selling ideas and methodologies to enhance engagement.
  • Report key activities and communication using approved CRM tools.
  • Develop marketing plans and outreach activities targeting identified physician audiences.
  • Collaborate with hospital leaders to address operational and service issues effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare sales or network development.
  • Solid knowledge of hospital operations and physician relations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; additional languages preferred.
  • Effective project management and plan execution abilities.
  • Understanding of standards and laws applicable to physician recruitment and business development.
  • Capacity to articulate change propositions to physicians and staff.
  • Excellent human relations skills to impact and influence results.
