Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategically plan and lead outreach efforts to foster physician alliances and improve relationships.
- Develop synergistic partnerships with providers, community groups, and healthcare associations.
- Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Conduct research on physicians to determine potential for hospital utilization and growth.
- Implement innovative selling ideas and methodologies to enhance engagement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare sales or network development.
- Solid knowledge of hospital operations and physician relations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; additional languages preferred.
- Effective project management and plan execution abilities.
- Understanding of standards and laws applicable to physician recruitment and business development.
