Overview
- Manage sales activities for clinical and hemodialysis products in assigned territories, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and industry contacts to drive sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase benefits and applications of offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and values.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions effectively.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance product visibility and networking.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or surgical environments.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols and customer service principles.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective presentations and customer interactions.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience in capital equipment sales and knowledge of surgical procedures preferred.
