Job Description

Overview

  • Manage sales activities for clinical and hemodialysis products in assigned territories, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and industry contacts to drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase benefits and applications of offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and values.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions effectively.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance product visibility and networking.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
  • Travel within assigned territories to meet customers and attend events as required.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and execute business plans targeting specific accounts within the territory.
  • Identify and engage potential customers promptly, showcasing product features and advantages.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources, including field activities and trade shows.
  • Research customer needs to recommend suitable products and services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to implement promotional strategies.
  • Monitor expenses and adhere to budget plans while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements during product demonstrations and trade shows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or surgical environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of clinical protocols and customer service principles.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective presentations and customer interactions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience in capital equipment sales and knowledge of surgical procedures preferred.
