Overview

- Ensure accurate scheduling and timely communication with healthcare teams and patients.
Job Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is acceptable.
- Minimum of six months of Physical Therapy experience; three years preferred.
- Physical Therapist License and AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification are mandatory.
- Proficiency in PC usage and documentation systems is essential.
- Strong ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans effectively.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating with Physical Therapy Assistants is advantageous.
- Knowledge of home healthcare policies and procedures is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team coordination.
