Overview

• Lead identity and access management initiatives, ensuring secure and efficient user lifecycle management across the organization.
• Develop and maintain IAM governance programs using advanced tools like Saviynt and Okta.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy single sign-on applications and manage identity provider features.
• Automate IAM processes using Python, SQL, and API integrations for enhanced efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise to streamline governance controls and IAM policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain secure access protocols.
• Contribute to the organization's growth by implementing innovative IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and maintain IAM platforms, including Saviynt and Okta, for user access and governance.
• Develop and oversee birthright entitlements, access certifications, and privileged identity management.
• Automate IAM workflows using programming languages and API integrations.
• Deploy and manage single sign-on applications and identity provider policies.
• Ensure secure onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and non-human accounts.
• Provide documentation and training for IAM processes and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM governance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement solutions to optimize user experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IAM roles, with expertise in governance tools like Saviynt and Okta.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integrations for process automation.
• Experience with SAML and OAuth protocols for single sign-on applications.
• Knowledge of privileged identity management and role-based access provisioning.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or IAM are preferred.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with a focus on security and compliance.
