Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or eligibility for certification exam.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an ambulatory care setting required; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in navigating electronic medical records systems required.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle patient interactions professionally.
- Ability to perform tasks involving direct patient care and diagnostic procedures.
- Flexibility to work varied hours between 8 AM and 6 PM daily.
