Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review and screen incoming applications to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct prescreening interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles.

  • Enter, clean, and maintain accurate data within HRIS systems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems like Workday for data management tasks.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage recruitment tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and team members.
