Overview
- Lead strategic management of Women's Services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and exceptional patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct operations of Women's Services, including labor & delivery, postpartum, nursery, NICU, and pediatric care.
- Oversee recruitment, training, evaluations, and professional development for departmental staff.
- Integrate evidence-based practices into protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage and evaluate departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence among staff.
- Ensure ongoing education, competency, and adherence to patient safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Women's Services department.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership roles, preferably in Women's Services.
