Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience; 12 years preferred.
• Licensed Architect with proven project management expertise.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and engage with clients and stakeholders.
