Overview
- Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to support client relationships, prospects, and key investment consultants.
- Analyze and collate data points to deliver succinct communications to clients and consultants.
- Assist in client onboarding processes and respond to investor due diligence inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and materials for clients and prospects.
- Support fundraising efforts by leveraging databases to identify prospective investors and track progress.
- Maintain internal databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Engage in both internal coordination and external client interactions, including meetings and communications.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in all responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Address the needs of institutional clients across North America, ensuring timely responses to queries.
- Prepare materials for client and prospect meetings, including portfolio updates and performance analyses.
- Respond to investor due diligence questions and assist in onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with investment, operations, legal, and compliance teams to gather necessary information.
- Support fundraising efforts by identifying prospective investors and tracking progress.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all client interactions.
- Engage in both internal coordination and external client communications effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in asset management or private equity preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in computer software packages and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 certifications required.
- Ability to work independently and meet key deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
