Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to support client relationships, prospects, and key investment consultants.
  • Analyze and collate data points to deliver succinct communications to clients and consultants.
  • Assist in client onboarding processes and respond to investor due diligence inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and materials for clients and prospects.
  • Support fundraising efforts by leveraging databases to identify prospective investors and track progress.
  • Maintain internal databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Engage in both internal coordination and external client interactions, including meetings and communications.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in all responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Address the needs of institutional clients across North America, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Prepare materials for client and prospect meetings, including portfolio updates and performance analyses.
  • Respond to investor due diligence questions and assist in onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with investment, operations, legal, and compliance teams to gather necessary information.
  • Support fundraising efforts by identifying prospective investors and tracking progress.
  • Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all client interactions.
  • Engage in both internal coordination and external client communications effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in asset management or private equity preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software packages and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 certifications required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet key deadlines.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
