Overview

  • Lead construction projects as a Superintendent, ensuring quality and timely delivery of data center and commercial facilities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage on-site operations and maintain compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate schedules to meet project milestones effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and client requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Monitor project budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Travel across Texas to oversee multiple projects, ensuring consistent quality and standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, preferably 10 years.
  • Proven expertise in managing data center and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to travel across Texas as required for project oversight.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
