Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform reconciliation tasks against launched training programs to ensure compliance accuracy.
- Assist in data collection and review for compliance monitoring and governance activities.
- Prepare documentation for compliance testing and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assemble data for branch and CUSO reporting, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
- Support the preparation of committee materials and compliance metrics presentations.
- Collaborate on regulatory affairs, exams, and inquiries to meet compliance standards.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint for reporting tasks.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure high-quality work products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- 4-6 years of experience in financial services, compliance, or legal roles.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint is required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work products.
