Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for efficient execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
