- Work on-site during scheduled night shifts, including every other weekend, ensuring reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols and standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of laboratory results to support patient care.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
- Adhere to all State, Federal, and accrediting body regulations governing laboratory operations.
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to uphold laboratory standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Certified as Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with ASCP or AMT (HHS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience; 3 years preferred.
- Completion of a clinical laboratory training program accredited by ABHES, NAACLS, or similar.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend as scheduled.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and regulatory compliance.
