Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the Murex Stabilization and Transformation Program, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues and implement sustainable architectural improvements.
  • Drive initiatives in workflow optimization, data lifecycle management, and system modernization.
  • Ensure adherence to governance protocols and delivery assurance standards for program success.
  • Engage with vendors and external partners to align roadmaps and ensure quality contributions.
  • Produce detailed reports and dashboards to track stability KPIs and program progress.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Promote a proactive engineering culture focused on sustainable platform management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Own and refine the Stabilization Backlog and Transformation Roadmap, aligning with business priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing stabilization and transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement high-quality remediation for chronic incidents.
  • Validate design patterns and technical dependencies across the Murex ecosystem.
  • Oversee change governance and ensure compliance with testing and validation procedures.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for program updates and executive-level dashboards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure structured contributions and knowledge transfer.
  • Track and report stability KPIs, producing detailed updates for decision-makers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology program management within capital markets.
  • Proven expertise in leading stabilization and transformation programs in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of derivatives trade flows and front-office technology ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing external vendors and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Hands-on involvement with derivatives trading platforms like Murex or equivalent.
  • Ability to deliver modernized, scalable architectural components and improve system resilience.
