- Serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a dynamic organization, focusing on full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Engage in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and governmental hiring practices and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and data within the Applicant Tracking System and HR systems.
- Provide an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Work in a collaborative team environment to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to address recruitment needs effectively.
- Source, evaluate, and interview candidates using cost-effective and timely methods.
- Coordinate and follow up on interviews, ensuring smooth communication and outcomes.
- Extend and negotiate employment offers in alignment with established hiring practices.
- Represent the organization at recruitment venues to maximize visibility and applicant pool quality.
- Provide training and guidance on talent acquisition processes to managers and staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of recruitment data into HR systems.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and compliance requirements.
- Preferred certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar credentials.
- Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent candidate and manager experiences.
- Willingness to travel to recruitment events as required.
