Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent for a general contractor; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing commercial projects, including office, light industrial, and public works.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety management practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; commitment to safety compliance essential.
- Ability to work on-site and lead field operations effectively.
