Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a liaison between the firm and Fund Managers, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate onboarding, investments, and redemption processes with underlying private funds.
  • Handle essential documentation requirements, including AML/KYC, tax documents, and legal agreements.
  • Support internal departments such as Investor Relations, Accounting, Research, and Business Development.
  • Assist in the annual external audit process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Track fund close dates and maintain historical investment records.
  • Participate in meetings to address fund information requests and document dissemination.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to Fund Managers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain effective communication with Fund Managers to support fund administration processes.
  • Coordinate initial and additional investments, as well as redemption requests.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for firm entities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate workflow across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist auditors during the annual external audit process.
  • Distribute materials and confirmations to Fund Managers as required.
  • Track and manage fund close history, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Attend meetings to provide support for fund information requests.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fund services or related roles.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in fund administration or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal, professional, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, scheduling, and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to business growth.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC processes and fund documentation requirements.
