Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.

- Utilize estimating software tools like Sage/Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff for accurate calculations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Sage/Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff software.
- Strong knowledge of public construction projects and related regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers and field teams.
