Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tilt-wall, light industrial, and distribution center projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify cost factors and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to maintain competitive and realistic estimates.
• Utilize estimating software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide support during project bidding phases to secure contracts.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to address estimate-related inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
