Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all facets of architectural project delivery, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate with architectural staff, clients, consultants, contractors, and jurisdictions for project success.
• Provide technical and administrative supervision to project teams, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Oversee client satisfaction, service quality, and financial performance of assigned projects.
• Utilize Revit, presentation graphic software, and Microsoft Office for project documentation and communication.
• Ensure compliance with architectural regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for public projects and other market sectors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited university program.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in Revit, presentation graphic software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with public projects and diverse market sectors such as aviation and healthcare.
• Registered Architect or qualifications to become registered.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
