Overview

  • Lead construction operations for high-rise projects exceeding $50M, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee mixed-use, hospitality, or multifamily developments, leveraging extensive industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines effectively.
  • Manage on-site teams, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize advanced construction techniques to optimize project outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for large-scale construction initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct daily operations for mid-rise to high-rise construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure project compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead safety meetings and enforce on-site safety protocols.
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in high-rise construction management.
  • Proven expertise in mixed-use, hospitality, or multifamily projects.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets exceeding $50M effectively.
